Kestel – a new district crossed by the famous Dim River and containing many shops and restaurants. The district is 8 km away from Alanya city center.

Most famous districts:

Mahmutlar – a fairly new district that witnessed tremendous development during the past (5) years. Luxury hotels and mega residential complexes can be found in Mahmutlar where the area is popular by many nationalities such as Russians, Germans, Dutch, and Arabs. The district is experiencing a noticeable growth in buying properties due to moderate and affordable prices. The district is well served by numerous shops, restaurants, cafes and bars dotting the famous Barbaros Avenue and surrounding the Clock Square. Mahmutlar is located 12 km. away from Alanya city center and 30 km. from Gazi Pașa International Airport.

Kargicak – adjacent to Mahmutlar, the area is rich with banana farms and has promising investment potential. Currently, the area hosts luxury villa complexes overlooking the amazing Alanya coastline. Kargicak is located about 20 km. from Alanya city center and 25 km. from Gazi Pașa International Airport.

Avsallar – the most developed with respect to infrastructure and architecture, the district is recognized for its proximity to the famous Fugla sandy beach. The district is well served with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops as well as public transportation. Avsallar is located about 25 km. from Alanya city center.
