The number of tourists coming to Turkey is expected to increase to 25 million, according to what one of the Turkish medical tourism development companies announced,

There are efforts to revitalize the sector throughout the year, and target them to receive 25 million tourists annually in the state of Antalya, southwest of Turkey.

This came in the words of "Amin Chekmak", head of the Council for the Development of Medical Tourism in Turkey,

In his speech during the second edition of the Sports Health and Alternative Tourism Exhibition and Conference.

"Chekmak" added that they aim to receive 25 million tourists annually in Antalya by revitalizing the sector over a period of 12 months a year.

And that is by offering alternatives in tourism, and not being limited to a certain type of it, and we note the important elements that Turkey possesses, whether for summer or winter tourism.

As "Chekmak" noted, that the first exhibition that they also prepared in Antalya contributed greatly to the growth of the Turkish economy,

It came at the invitation of the Turkish government to stimulate tourism throughout the whole year.

He concluded by noting that their goal for 2018 is the sustainability of the tourism sector in Antalya over a period of 12 months, and the reception of 25 million foreign tourists.
