Arab's countries held top places in buying Turkish Properties in 2017

Iraq came in 1^st place as the top country for buying Turkish Properties in general. The total number of properties sold to Iraqi citizens topped at 293 during the month of July.

Saudi Arabia came as 2^nd with a total of 248 properties sold, followed by Kuwait in the 3^rd place with a total of 142 properties.

According to the Official Turkish Statistical Institute, Russian citizens came at number 4 with a total of 118 properties sold. British citizens held 5^th place with a total of 76 properties sold.

As for top ranking cities selling to foreigners, Istanbul held the 1^st place followed by Antalya according to the below:

• Istanbul: 528 properties in Istanbul sold to foreigners during July 2017
• Antalya: 386 properties in Antalya sold to foreigners during July 2017
• Trabzon: 121 properties in Trabzon sold to foreigners during July 2017
• Bursa: 102 properties sold in Bursa to foreigners during July 2017
• Bodrum: 100 properties in Bodrum sold to foreigners during July 2017
• Yalova: 80 properties in Yalova sold to foreigners during July 2017

The institute has pointed out that the number of properties sold during July 2017 reflects a 65% increase in comparison to last year figures (same month).
