Real Estate Expo in Kazakhstan

United World Company took part in the largest international real estate exhibition “United Property Expo” which was held on 29-30 October in Almaty, Kazakhstan.

The exhibition united more than 150 largest real estate developers from 20 countries across the world.  The event was organized at a high level, therefore it was attended by a large number of visitors interested to discuss issues of buying and renting real estate abroad with professionals, getting an opinion on real estate investments, taxes, etc.

United Property Expo lasted for 2 days. Each day, leading real estate agencies from different countries presented their projects and services, to raise the interest and awareness of investors.

United World professional team had a chance to meet hundreds of potential investors, involved in learning about new projects and discovering new destinations.

Participation in the exhibition allowed our company to attract new customers, increase the volume of applications, as well as enhance the company’s image and recognition of the United World brand among the target audience.

Sales managers of United World, together with the management of the company, introduced the real estate market in Turkey and Malaysia and gave detailed information on buying property procedures in these countries. Due to dialogue with visitors, we made an observation of the needs and expectations of customers.

We interviewed our sales department representatives to learn more about projects and the company’s work philosophy:

 

Ismail Saracoglu. Chairman of the United World Company

Interviewer: Mr. Ismail, the Turkish real estate market is very competitive. What are the challenges to work within this market and remaining in high demand?

Ismail S.: There is no one-size-fits-all answer. It is a combination of factors that play a crucial role in company success and demand. The key advice is to follow the company’s goals, perform a highly professional service, and pay attention to each and every client's needs, whether they are small or big. Follow up with market changes and be flexible at work.

Fadi Alazem, Chairman of the United World Company

Interviewer: How relevant is it for the company to participate in real estate exhibitions?

Fadi A.: Exhibitions broaden our business opportunities and strengthen our company’s brand. During the United Expo exhibition in Almaty, we had a chance to introduce our company to many people, who visited the event in order to find the best offers. And it goes without saying that meeting clients in person and having a dialogue with them is the most valuable and effective way, to understand their needs and help in making choices.

 

Christina Kandybka, Business Development Manager

Interviewer: Could you tell me about the projects that your company presented at the exhibition?

Christina K.: We presented our company’s developed projects. Projects are located in different areas of Antalya with different price and feature characteristics. In general, we offer luxury housing with functional spaces in gated communities. All projects apply to those characteristics our customers are searching for the most, like long-term payment plans and the ability to get a residence permit or citizenship. Not only we sell the projects, but also we lead the customer during the process of buying properties and render after-sales support to each client.  We work in the international market and most of our clients are foreigners, therefore our utter responsibility is to comfort the client's life.

 

Anastasia Dalkılıç, Sales Advisor

Interviewer: How can Malaysia play a leading role in the European real estate market?

Anastasia D.: Asian market has great value and offers dozens of innovative projects. Taking into consideration that Asia is home to the majority of the world’s population, the real estate market is developing really quickly. Therefore, countries accelerate the growth of investors, including foreigners. Malaysia is a highly developed country with all technologies used in everyday life and a stable rich economy which is essential for our market. As a company, we did research about leading developers and can assure our clients, that the projects we are offering for sale are going to bring good returns on investment in the range of 2-5 years.

 

Ahmet Hafiz, Chairman of United World Company

Interviewer: Mr. Ahmet, what are your market expectations for the upcoming 2023 year?

Ahmet H.: Turkey is a unique country that offers luxury real estate properties with world-class facilities/amenities together with high –class service for affordable prices. Life here is cheaper than in most European countries, therefore it attracts thousands of people from all around the world to buy houses and stay permanently. The market undeniably growing year by year, and it influences the prices and interests. Coastal regions, big cities and big projects will surely remain in high demand next year.

Interviewer: Why is it preferable to buy through a real estate agent in Turkey?

Alyona M.: The principal part is that we are a licensed company working in the real estate market for many years. Our team is a buildup of professionals, who can provide competent information and assist in any issue at once. Individual approach and knowing that all the projects in our listing are selected thoroughly, help our customers to make the right choices and to save time. Most of the clients stay with us for many years, as we are built trustful business relations.
