Recently Chairmen of United World a business trip to Malaysia, in order to learn more about the country and its market, to meet partners and to see the projects.
We asked them questions about the Malaysian market and projects
So why is Malaysia?
Ahmet Hafiz: Malaysia is one of the most investment friendly countries in Asia. The country is located in the heart of Asia and has borders with many Asian countries like Singapore, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia and Brunei. Therefore, it attracts hundreds of thousands tourists and businessmen annually.
Moreover, the country has rapidly developing economy as well as real estate market.
The government has elaborated the Lands Development Plan. Big number of new projects has started around the country.
What does it mean investmentwise? First and the foremost, buying the off-plan properties helps to benefit from lower prices and flexible payment. Secondary, investment in real estate in Malaysia grants residence permit that widens investor’s business opportunities and opens Asian market.

Could you tell us about projects?
Ismail Saracoglu: On the trip to Malaysia, we made a search of the most promised locations and projects. Here are two of them.
First Project: Genting Highlands is a massive resort-type project located in the mountain town named Genting. Genting is located just 30 minutes’ drive away from the dynamic capital. It attracts thousands of tourists searching for entertainment, luxury properties and comfortable weather conditions.
The project consists of two high-rise towers offering world-class facilities and spectacular highlands views.
Second Project: Langkawi Beach Park. Langkawi is a big island located 1 hour flight from Kuala Lumpur. The project is based on the sea front area of the island. Langkawi beach Park offers comprehensive and attractive designs together with in-door facilities aimed to comfort each resident life.
